Refund policy

14-day returns

You may notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact help.maku@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will provide the return address and instructions. After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original condition and packaging. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping

If you return an item because the size or fit is not right, or because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will arrange or cover the return.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a full-order return under the applicable right of withdrawal, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; any extra cost for an express or premium delivery option is not refunded. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
